John provided an exceptional apartment tour and made the entire experience outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we met, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through every detail of the apartment and community, ensuring all of my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed.
Let me tell you about John. See John is a special individual. John is the type of guy that will save you from your burning car, invite you to these apartments, tell you the vision going forward with these apartments, and before you know you’re applying for the apartments with a bag full of popcorn and cold water to wash it down with. You completely forgot about whatever bad situation you just came from. Now John, I told him I’d apply in the Fall, but little does John know, it’ll probably be much sooner. John is just that good. The world needs more people like John. He is a national treasure and should be treated as such. He made these apartments feel like a home before I even put pen to paper. Take my money now! Just be like John.

If you are looking for a decent apartment complex Midlothian Meadows is a great choice. The new management company has seemed to put in actual effort to improve both the complex and communication to the residents. Cassie, John, and Treasure are all very kind and professional.
I like the apartment layout, and it doesn’t feel super cheap on the inside like some other apartments do.
I had a tour at these apartments and the agent John Wright was very friendly. He quickly provided a nice tour of the premises and provided great information about what the property has to offer. Definitely will be applying.

My fiancé and I took a tour of this apartment and absolutely fell in love with both the 1 bed/1bath and 2 bed/2 bath. Jon was very personable and a very good guide.
I have lived here for almost a month now and so far, I love it. It is the perfect size for me and my family. The office staff Jennifer & Cynthia are top tier. Jennifer is the reason I moved over here. Both of them go out of their way to keep the residents happy. They respond quickly, and ensure work orders are completed timely. I love the dog park and it’s very quiet. I also enjoy the community activities they have for the residents. Definitely recommend!

I've been living here for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment communities around. The building feels incredibly safe and secure—everything is well-lit, there are security measures in place, and I always feel at ease coming home, even late at night. The staff here are absolutely awesome! Super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any requests or concerns. You can really tell they care about the residents. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace of mind and a great living experience!
My family & I have been living at Blacksand legacy Midlothian apartments for 3 years now. We lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. My family & i were thinking about moving out of the property, but Jennifer has convinced us to stay lol. We did. Now we upgraded to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. We really enjoyed living here. We've been through alot of management's. The one we have now Jennifer, she is the BEST.... she knows what she's doing & she does her job very well & professional. We love her dearly. She's kind, understanding, funny, friendly ❤️ Jennifer does a great job!
