I had a leak from an upstairs neighbor And my maintenance guy Juan Came in on a Sunday to assist with the leak. He came the next following days and walk/talk me through the process so that I’m aware of what’s going on…as well as fix my ceiling and light in a fashionably manner. I think I’m gonna like my new apartment. Great job Juan Thanks again

Every since Black Sand has taken over the management of little Creek apt the quality of living here has increased dramatically. Not only have they made aesthetic changes, but communication from management has been great! Maintenance request are quickly handled, any changes that effect the community are immediately relayed to us. The management culture has done a complete 180.
Ever since Mr. Demorris and BlackSand took over, things have been amazing. I been here for almost 3 years, and they have worked with me every step of the way since they took over. They are super nice and helpful, and I’m glad to be living here!

Since Mr. Demorris took over the complex it has done a complete 360. It is in much better condition since he took front office. It is great to know that he tries his hardest to meet all maintenance requests and deadlines within a timely manner. He answers all questions and follow up calls. Overall, the community is thriving and I look forward to it continuously moving in the right direction with Mr. Demorris.

Best place to recommend. Hands down. All 3 Schools nearby less than a mile and all three are walking distance. Three nearby parks and the Recreational center is located on the next street over. Any questions about this property ask any Resident you see.
These apartments are perfect for new, small family. Upgraded and great space for kids to play along with a locked up gated area for your dogs to play without getting to anyone for safety.
Juan is the maintenance man he helped out fast and was nice very knowledgeable and professional
This is my 1st apartment and I leased in February before COVID 19. I, like many others of my neighbors fell on hard times and Erica has been so patient and has been working with me and my situation. If I have a problem with my apartment it's typically done within two days of my call. We have a new Maintnance guy and he actually knows how to get the job done!
Mr. Demorris Is So Patient So Welcoming & Understand ,He's Willing To Accommodate Within Regards To Everything ~ He's Been So Helpful To Me Finding Housing!
