I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The apartment complex is well maintained, quiet, and feels like a safe place to call home. One thing that really stands out is the maintenance team they are incredibly fast, professional, and reliable. Well, Mr. Heath strikes again. My sister and I have been on this property for four years. Without fail Our request for maintenance have been fulfilled on time every time. The first one was the faucet in the kitchen not working two days later the faucet in the kitchen was working. Today I was able to get out of my garage and the garage door only went down 3/4 of the way and stopped. I could not get back into my garage. That was at 10:30 this morning and it is now 1147. The management and maintenance team have been phenomenal. From our initial walk thru and signing we have had a great experience. The maintenance team, Heath, has been responsive and very timely in our requests. The overall complex is small and very quiet. Will give an update in 6 months but so far so awesome.

We absolutely adore this community! The maintenance is top notch! Heath was nothing short of incredible. I had submitted a maintenance request, and within less than two hours, he was already on it, diligently working to find a solution for us. I highly recommend this place to live.

Yes, all of our rentals require a Security Deposit. However, we do offer a Deposit Alternative that is much more cost effective than a traditional deposit if approved.

How long does it take for me to know if I’m approved?

While we do our best to give you a decision within 24 hours, there are several factors that may require further verification and may take up to 72 hours.

How long do you keep applications on file?

Applications are valid for 30 days.

What are the requirements for applying?

We require 3x the rent for income and we conduct a credit and criminal background check.
