I would like to say my maintenance guy Thomas really helped me out with my repair and he was very nice and worked very swiftly. He was also patient with me because I was getting off of work. And he waited for me to arrive to my apartment. When it comes to the maintenance workers at Ensign apartments I haven't had any problems and I've been living in my apartment almost 6 months
The person who attended us was very professional and attentive at all times. He explained everything to us clearly, answered our questions confidently and gave us confidence during the process. The attention was respectful and left a very good impression, thank you very much Demorn's.
Great place to live. Very clean and friendly environment and in very close proximity to all the stores here in Ennis. I had a great experience working with the Manager here at Ensign apartments. His name is Demorris a great guy he's the new Manager at this location so if you're looking for great management and Manager Ensign apartments would be a great choice.
Me and my girlfriend are happy.So far, it's a great place to live.If you're looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful, the apartments are beautiful on the inside and the maintenance guy is pretty nice and will get things done snappy.
Paula Knowles is the best she helped me out so much when I was going through a hard time she was very understanding and worked with me. I appreciate her more than ever!!
I stayed here for one year and I wish I didn’t have to go , the property is beautiful and I love the big kitchen islands.

I just recently moved here from out of state and Ms. Paula, the property manager and the amazing William, maintenance has made it such an AMAZING experience!! I’ve been here 2 weeks and love everything about this place as someone who went from being a home owner to apartment living. The level of professionalism these two have displayed from the very beginning spoke volumes!! I’m excited to be a resident here and look forward to what the future holds with new management.
Happy to say that Ensign is under new ownership and management. Amazing property manager Paula who just did a movie night in the park at the property. Really family friendly and great improvements on the property! Night and day difference. Check it out. You will be impressed!! Love this property and management team!

I love living here! Not only are the apartments luxury, but the property management is awesome. You can reach Paula whenever you need and she will do her best to do what she can to help. She is very responsive and will work with you on anything that you think is unfair. I have not lived here without issue but each time she has worked in tandem with me to come to a resolution. Come check out the apartments.
