    Yes, all of our rentals require a Security Deposit. However, we do offer a Deposit Alternative that is much more cost effective than a traditional deposit if approved.

  • How long does it take for me to know if I’m approved?

    While we do our best to give you a decision within 24 hours, there are several factors that may require further verification and may take up to 72 hours.

  • How long do you keep applications on file?

    Applications are valid for 30 days.

  • What are the requirements for applying?

    We require 3x’s the rent for income and we conduct a credit and criminal background check.   • Do you verify income and rental history?

    Yes, we do.

  • How do I submit proof of income and my ID?

    You can upload it with your application by snapping a quick photo straight from your phone.

  • What do I need to complete an application?

    We will need proof of income, a valid government issued ID and your previous landlords contact information.

  • Can I apply from my phone?

    Yes! Our website, application and renter portal is all mobile-friendly.

  • Do I have to complete the application online?

    While it’s preferable to complete it online, you may schedule an appointment with the property manager if you need assistance.

  • Is the application fee refundable if I’m not approved?

    No, the application fee covers our administrative costs of conducting the screening and are non-refundable.
