Five stars is not enough for the incredible experience we had with Shay at Barcelona Apartments on Chisholm Trail! The second my mother and I walked into the office, she made us feel incredibly welcomed and we knew instantly we were in good hands. Shay was amazing and highly communicative throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and keeping us updated. The property itself is fantastic—very comfortable, accessible, and clean. We leased a 1-bedroom apartment for my disabled mother, and the space is absolutely perfect for her accessibility needs and will suit her well for a long time to come. If you are looking for a smooth, stress-free leasing experience with someone who truly cares, go see Shay!
Our leasing agent Shay has been super fun to talk to and extremely helpful to my roommate and I during the entire application and move in process, she's amazing. Very patient, professional, and easy to understand, she took the time to explain everything I could potentially be confused about very clearly and soothed a lot of my concerns. I have lived in many apartment communities here in Fort Worth, and I would say this place beats all the others! What I love the most... Is Shay! If I ever have a problem or just a simple question, Shay is there. She always has a smile, friendly attitude, and works hard. The girls in the office take most of the complaints, upset residents, and phone calls while doing their work. Shay is a huge perk on why I am still here.
